Homework Maths- January 6th 2017

The children are to go onto the website diagnostic questions and login with their username and password (we practised this in school on Tuesday).

On the website is a quiz they are to answer the quiz and explain why they have given that answer.
At the end of the quiz they will find out which questions they got correct.  All I ask is that any questions which were answered wrong- the children should read three or more explanations as to how other children have solved the problem. This should help them build their understanding.

I will be able to see from my log in who has completed the quiz and which areas they have succeeded in and struggled in. I will be checking next Friday lunch time.
Any pupils who do not have a suitable computer can complete it in homework club on a lunch time.

With Thanks

Miss Barnett

Maths Homework Friday 6th January 2017

Maths Homework 9th December-January 3rd Over the Christmas Holidays I would like you to revise as much as possible without spoiling your break. It's very important you rest, have fun and be jolly, but I don't want you to forget everything!!! Please keep up regular practise on IXL and TTRS. Also have a try of these questions from an old SATs paper. Try your best but don't worry if there are any you can't do (We've not finished Year 6 yet). If you are desperate for the answers- you may also check the mark sheet here... But don't simply copy the answers, else you are wasting your own time... it won't impress me!

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of
all children, and expects our staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
