The children will be predicting what the story is about, acting out using hot seating, writing a newspaper report and writing a book review. After this the children will be learning how to use conjunctions when writing about their own real life superhero. They will be then moving on the Christmas writing where they will be writing a letter to Elizabeth as if they were Mary about the birth of Jesus.
