Welcome to Kirkstall St Stephen’s VA C of E Primary School. We are a caring school with children’s wellbeing at the centre of everything we do here. There is a great community feel at the school. We have a fantastic team of welcoming staff, supportive and proactive parents and as a result: creative, engaged and happy pupils. We continually strive to improve our standards in school across the cores areas of Reading, Writing, Maths and Science. Over the last year we have had a whole school focus on Reading.

However, we know there is more to education than just the core standards, and pride ourselves on delivering a rich and varied curriculum to our pupils which engages, excites and motivates. We have a full programme of enrichment activities both weaved throughout our curriculum and also through the many extra-curricular clubs which run across the year. In our most recent inspections we recieved a 'Good' from Ofsted (2018) and an Outstanding from SIAMs (2015).

We hope you enjoy exploring our new website. Should there be anything you cannot find, or should you come across any errors, please inform us contactus@kirkstallss.net We will respond with the relative information and also amend any issues or omissions. Should you require a paper copy of anything on this website, please ask a member of staff on the school reception (these will be provided free of charge).
