Fairtrade Celebration Leeds Civic Hall

Class: Year 4 Year: 2022 - 2023

Members of Global Club joined with children from across the city at a Fairtrade celebration at Leeds Civic Hall. They heard how climate change affects farmers and what a difference Fairtrade can make.  They led a workshop which involved playing a big board game they had made and they attended other workshops.  There was a story teller who shared about the important people who make chocolate and the Lord Mayor paid a visit too.
